Camping trip to Antietam National Battle eld in Sharpesburg, Maryland. Spend a weekend touring the Civil War battle field and learn all about the battle and the men who fought there in the fall of 1862.

DESTINATION:
Rohrbach Campground, Antietam National Battle eld,
Sharpsburg, MD.
WHEN:
Friday, November 20th to Sunday, November 22nd.
Leave from St. Patrick’s church parking lot Friday 5pm sharp, ruturn Sunday
11am. Bring bag dinner for Friday evening.
EQUIPMENT:
Warm sleeping bag, ground pad, ashlight, mess gear,
water bottle, towel & personal hygiene gear, extra warm
clothes, warm coat, gloves & hat, rain gear, camp chair and
hiking shoes or sneakers (2 pairs).
PRICE:
$25 per scout and per adult.
(price includes park entrance fee, camp site fee, propane and food)
DIRECTIONS:
- North on MD97, exit 32 on right to…
- i70 West (towards hagerstown), exit 29 to…
- MD65 South to Sharpesburg.
- Drive straight to Burnside Bridge Rd. (cross over Main St.)
- LEFT into Rohrbach Campground parking lot.
